  • forum link from home page is broken

Just FYI the forum link from the home page goes to http://twfracing.com/vbforums/index.php which fails to load most things on the page. If you change it to http://twfracing.com/vbforums/ it will look better ;-)

Wait... hm. Okay, the problem is that if you go to twfracing.com in a modern browser it automatically tries https://twfracing.com. And the link then gives you https://twfracing.com/vbforums/index.php which doesn't work. But http://twfracing.com/vbforums/index.php does. It's probably the image locations being locked to http in the forum config.

Ive been having issues since the site crashed a while ago.
Every time I load the main page (reguardless if I access http://twfracing.com/vbforums/index.php or http://twfracing.com/vbforums/) the page freezes, I sometimes get a "page unresponsive error" from Chrome and then this error from the webpage:

I do not know about the Error message. Does it do the same thing if you login to the forums using Incognito mode? If it works in incognito, Maybe you have some corrupt browser cache that needs to be cleared.

As for the Home Page URL... does it work any better now? It has been a long time since I have been into the code for the forums, hopefully I at least didn't make it worse.

No change for Incognito mode. Does the same thing across computers, but only in Chrome.

Cancel that. It seems to be doing it in Edge, Firefox and Chrome. Both in Private/incognito and normal modes.
