Cam Swap clarification

I've read the threads on the intake cam swap out for the exhaust set-up. Looking for clarification on one point. I have seen the image posted here indicating the REAR cylinder new EXHAUST is ONE tooth CC from the F mark on the cam gear. There is also a YouTube video from LWR where he indicates THREE teeth CC from the F mark. Which is correct? Thanks!

From looking at the pictures, it looks like a one tooth difference. They aren't counting the same ways.
I would probably trust the directions on this website over something on YouTube. It was several years ago, but I'm fairly certain I did it based on the directions on this site, or the one on BARF (which were pretty much the same).
