Your kit will come with 3 spacers. The two on the left are for the sprocket carrier. The one on the right is for the brake side.
The long spacer goes through the back side of the carrier.
The next spacer goes into the seal. Make sure to use the side with the wider diameter.
It should appear like this .
The brake side takes some effort. Use some grease around the lip of the spacer. Turn the spacer while pushing it into the seal.
