I have not used theRev2 Off-Road Reel, but it will work. There is also an interactive graph when you choose a kit in that link.

      Rev2 Off-Road Cam Reel

      • Off Road Cam Profile for the Rev2 Throttle
      • Gray color for easy identification
      • Progressive cam profile acts like a small diameter reel at low throttle openings, and a more aggressive large reel at openings beyond 40-50%.
      • Sensitive control for small throttle openings for best feel, more aggressive at large openings for faster acceleration.
      • Good for many conditions, including low traction mud or sand, where initial throttle opening is sensitive for good feel. Reduced on-throttle "hit" of powerful motocross bikes for better control, but maintains an aggressive throttle feel at larger openings.
      • Included with every Rev2 Off Road Throttle Kit.

Motion Pro, TWF Racing (of course), K&N, Galfer, CRS Tuning, CT Racing Pirelli, Dynojet, Racer Gloves USA, TWELV51 Racing, Race Image Graphics, Fastline Cycles, Cometic, Wiseco (because Bob DiFranco is such a nice guy).

If you have to say, "You know what I'm sayin'?" after everything you say, then I really don't know what you are saying.

Am I doing something wrong? I can't get the 50 reel in the housing - the halves won't come together. The 45 fits with no problem, and is currently installed on my bike.

All reels are same diameter on outside so I am not sure why it would not fit.

Ok, thanks. I'll look at it again. I figured I was doing something wrong.

Update: I installed the 50 today without a problem. Thanks!

Does your kit come with the "new" progressive reel?
