I would not mind doing few laps there again but you guys are up there in corner and out of the way.
94 was last time I raced there.
So you have an idea how I need to setup the forks I have then......start sag at 35mm?

Fair enough but no reason to leave it as it is until I get there. Plan to have different settings for different tracks.

Which is my point, you can not dial it for that track, it is just in to bad shape and next to impossible to make it work. Some stuff you have to ignore and adjust to condition, find way around it.

I'll let you know when I get back to T-hill. Might be a while yet. It worked pretty decently for RFR being the first time I've ridden the bike or an SV650 for more than a session.

Bumpy.... RFR is like a day ride. Spritited but not WFO.

    Z,
I do ride other tracks like T-hill, buttonwillow (also bumpy), Infineon, etc.

Believe us, NHMS isn't smooth. It has a 1 mile NASCRAP oval that we move on and off of to get to the back side of the road course and the transitions are pretty bumpy.

I have the same forks, same springs. Not sure about the oil weight or level but I ride on NHMS and have not had a top out despite it being a very bumpy track. My tuner warned me to keep an eye open for it and mentioned something about the top out spring in those forks.
